Important Notice: Preview is Only Allowed on the Day of Auction, due to Strict Security Policies adopted by the Deer Park School District, which are important to insure the safety of students and employees. This policy is strictly enforced and unauthorized persons are not permitted on school property without prior authorization from District Officials. Special preliminary auction previews will NOT be authorized due to workload and manpower limitations.
DPISD is upgrading a lot of their computer systems. Currently, there is approximately 60-70 lots and there may be even more brought in before the auction. The auction should be completed in less than an hour. Please bring your trucks/trailers to load and haul, as soon as the auction is over. We would like to have everything cleared out by the end of the day.

5% Buyers Premium
Purchases must be paid for before you leave the premises on day of the auction.
Dealers Note: If you are purchasing items that will be used by you or your business, you must pay sales tax, as required by state law. Only items that are to be resold, can be purchased tax-free. You will be required to provide a "properly completed" Tax Resale Certificate at time of registration or you will be charged sales tax. Absolutely NO Exceptions
Buyers responsible for all loading & removal of goods. All Items to be removed immediately after auction on August 11th, 2009 or buyer will be responsible for storage costs and disposal of unclaimed goods.
ALL SALES FINAL. - Merchandise is sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS" with NO Warranties or Guarantees
Expressed or Implied.
As any item may be found to be of use to any other school campus in the district prior to the auction, any items advertised may be subject to withdrawal without further notice at the sole discretion of DPISD.
Announcements made at auction take precedence over all other terms and advertisements.
