Directions from Hwy 225 (East of Beltway 8): Turn south on Center St., Turn Right (west) on San Augustine. You will see the School on your left. Park in Stadium Parking Lot and look for Auction Sign on back-side of school, near dumpsters.See Map for Directions
Important Notices:
Preview is Only Allowed on the Day of Auction, due to Strict Security Policies adopted by DPISD, which are important to insure the safety of students and employees. This policy is strictly enforced and unauthorized persons are not permitted on school property without prior authorization. Special preliminary auction previews will NOT be authorized.
Plumbing and Electricity may be disconnected from many items prior to the auction, but everything will still be in place. Some equipment may still have to be uninstalled by the buyer.
Electricity to the Walk-in Freezer & Coolers will be disconnected after the auction and buyer will be required to dismantled these units according to acceptable practices and in accordance with any and all laws regarding reclamation of refrigerants, as necessary.

Purchases must be paid for before you leave the premises on day of the auction.
Dealers Note: If you are purchasing items that will be used by you or your business, you must pay sales tax, as required by state law. Only items that are to be resold, can be purchased tax-free. You will be required to provide a "properly completed" Tax Resale Certificate at time of registration or you will be charged sales tax. Absolutely NO Exceptions

REMOVAL: Items must be removed between the hours of 8AM - 2PM each day, through January 16th. All Items MUST be removed by January 16th or goods will be considered abandoned and buyer will be responsible for disposal costs of unclaimed goods. Buyers are responsible for providing their own manpower, tools and any necessary equipment required for disassembly and removal. No manpower or equipment for loading or removal will be provided by school district.
As any item may be found to be of use to any other school campus in the district prior to the auction, any items advertised may be subject to withdrawal without further notice at the sole discretion of DPISD.
Announcements made at auction take precedence over all other terms and advertisements.
