Purchases must be paid for before you leave the premisesfor any reason.
Dealers Note: If you are purchasing items that will be used by you or your business, you must pay sales tax, as required by state law. Only items that are to be resold, can be purchased tax-exempt. You will be required to provide a Properly CompletedTax Resale Certificateat time of registration or you will be charged sales tax. Absolutely NO Exceptions
ALL SALES FINAL. - Merchandise is sold "As-Is, Where Is" with No Warranties or Guarantees
Expressed or Implied.
REMOVAL: Items must be removed on the day of sale, AFTER the completion of auction.
To minimize disruptions, No Removal of Large Items will be allowed During Auction.
Buyers responsible for all loading & removal must be completed on the Day of Sale.
Bring trucks, trailers & any tools or equipment needed.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own manpower, tools for any disassembly required and any necessary equipment required for removal. No manpower, tools or equipment for loading or removal will be available.
Any items Not removed by the End of Day, will be considered abandoned and buyer may be held responsible for any disposal/removal costs of unclaimed goods.
Security: Buyers are responsible for the security of items won. Auction Company is not responsible for damage or theft of any item sold.
Parents must Closely Supervise All Children Regardless of Age. Disruptive children will be requested to be removed immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
Any announcements made at auction take precedence over all other terms and advertisements.
