If you are traveling from the west, watch carefully for Wallisville or McCarty exits and U-turn @ Wallisville. You may want to take I-10 East, then go North on 610 and take Wallisville Exit (first exit, once you get on 610).
Parents MUST CLOSELY SUPERVISE ALL CHILDREN Regardless of Age. For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 may not be suitable to attend this sale. Therefore, we are requesting that you do not bring children, unless absolutely necessary. Any unsupervised or disruptive children will be requested to be removed immediately.

General Terms of Sale:
- Refundable $100 Cash Deposit Required (will be applied to purchases & unused amounts will be refunded.)
- Payment: CASH or Check w/Bank Letter of Guarantee (Download Sample Letter)
Note: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers) may be considered on case by case basis for exceptionally large amounts and in such cases, an additional bank processing charge will apply.
- 5% Buyers Premium
- Purchases must be paid for before you leave the premises for Any Reason.
- Dealers Note: If you are purchasing items that will be used by you or your business, you must pay sales tax, as required by state law. Only items that are to be resold, can be purchased tax-exempt. You will be required to provide a Properly Completed Tax Resale Certificate at time of registration or you will be charged sales tax. Absolutely NO Exceptions
- ALL SALES FINAL. - Merchandise is sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS" with NO Warranties or Guarantees
Expressed or Implied.
- REMOVAL: NO Removal of Items will be allowed During Auction.
Items may be removed on the day of sale, AFTER the completion of auction. We will be open from Noon-4PM on Sunday and All Items MUST be removed No Later Than Monday, November 23rd, between 10am-5pm.
Buyers responsible for all loading & removal of goods.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own manpower, tools for any disassembly required and any necessary equipment required for removal, including dollies, pallet jacks, etc.
No manpower, tools or equipment for loading or removal will be available.
Any items Not removed by the Time and Date indicated, will be considered abandoned and buyer may be held responsible for any disposal/removal costs of unclaimed goods.
- Security: Buyers are responsible for the security of items won. Auction Company is not responsible for damage or theft of any item sold.
- Announcements made at auction take precedence over all other terms and advertisements.
