* Important Notice: Preview is Only Allowed on the Day of Auction, due to Strict Security Policies adopted by the Deer Park School District, which are important to insure the safety of students and employees. This policy is strictly enforced and unauthorized persons are not permitted on school property without prior authorization from District Officials. Special preliminary auction previews will NOT be authorized due to workload and manpower limitations.

General Terms of Sale:
- Refundable $100 Cash Deposit Required
- Payment: Cash ONLY
Note: EFT may be considered on case by case basis for exceptionally large amounts and in such cases, an added bank processing charge will apply.
- 5% Buyers Premium
- Purchases must be paid for before you leave the premises for Any Reason.
- Dealers Note: If you are purchasing items that will be used by you or your business, you must pay sales tax, as required by state law. Only items that are to be resold, can be purchased tax-exempt. You will be required to provide a Properly Completed Tax Resale Certificate at time of registration or you will be charged sales tax. Absolutely NO Exceptions
- ALL SALES FINAL. - Merchandise is sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS" with NO Warranties or Guarantees
Expressed or Implied.
- REMOVAL: No Removal of Items will be allowed During Auction.
Items may be removed on the day of sale, AFTER the completion of auction and All Items MUST be removed No Later Than November 11th, between 7am-3pm.
Buyers responsible for all loading & removal of goods.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own manpower, tools for any disassembly required and any necessary equipment required for removal, including dollies, pallet jacks, etc.
No manpower, tools or equipment for loading or removal will be available.
Any items Not removed by the Time and Date indicated, will be considered abandoned and buyer may be held responsible for any disposal/removal costs of unclaimed goods.
- Security: Buyers are responsible for the security of items won. Auction Company is not responsible for damage or theft of any item sold.
- As any item may be found to be of use to any other school campus in the district prior to the auction, any items advertised may be subject to withdrawal without further notice at the sole discretion of DPISD.
- Announcements made at auction take precedence over all other terms and advertisements.
